The organization is governed by a Board of Directors who volunteer their time to oversee the organization and ensure that children in Worthington have the opportunity to play, learn, and grow through sports.

WYB employs a full-time Executive Director to handle the financial and administrative duties of the organization.  The WYB office is located in the Worthington Education Center, Suite 108, and serves as the organization's headquarters.
